How can I extend the rental period?
Just call us right away! You pay your rent on after the usage, so you can keep using our service until you are done with it, unless you have decided to extend for longer than a week. By the way: long-term renters get a better rate.
Do you give a reduction on large groups or for longterm rentals?
Yes we do. Rental for more than 5 cars will get a reduction with special arrangement for the payment term. For longer periods than 2 weeks we offer special rates. Please check the Calls us directly.
Can I self drive?
We do not provide self drive rental car, mandatory with our own driver.
Can you pick-up at the BDO Airport?
Yes, our free pick-up service is available at BDO-airport locations included with the 12 Hours Package for the same day.
Can you pickup-up at CGK or KJT Airport
Sure but with additional charge, please note from CGK or KJT international airport it will take approximately 5 hours to reach Bandung City
Can you guarantee the pick-up?
In order to guarantee a pick-up time, you must pay Down Payment or at least confirm 1 day before and provide us with the flight number.
When do I need to reserve the car by?
You can make a reservation online up to one hour before the pick-up time, but cars may be fully booked. To secure a rental, please make a reservation as soon as you make a final decision on your rental details.
Do you offer insurance?
Do cars ever become fully booked?
Yes. The following periods are especially busy due to the holiday season in Indonesia. We recommend early reservations.

When can I make a reservation from?
Online reservations are available from 3 months before the pick-up date.
What about force majeure?
Probably won't. But if its happen, If the service becomes unavailable for the Hire Period due to circumstances beyond Dirgantara’s control (such as theft, fire, earthquake, or damage from an earlier hire contract), Dirgantara will use its best efforts to offer the Client a suitable alternative. If Dirgnatara is unable to offer a suitable alternative, the Client will be entitled to a full refund of any money paid to Us.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Your reservation can be cancelled online up to 1 days before the pick-up time.
Cancellation policy for advance payment:
3 days prior to rental 100% full refund
2 days prior to rental 80% refund
1 days prior to rental 50% refund
No show on the rental date 0% refund
How About Payment?
For payment you can pay cash directly to our driver, Bank Transfer or Credit Card online
For Down Payment the Client agrees to pay a 25% to Dirgantara upon booking and the remaining balance after the usage: (a) upon receipt of payment request via online booking system; or (b) bank transfer into the following bank account: Bank Central Asia, Asia Africa Branch
